Jayne Millard

Jayne Millard has grown Turtle on an entrepreneurial platform first inspired by her great-grandfather 100 years ago. Jayne has moved the company forward by cultivating service innovations and adding value to customers across all components of the supply chain. At the helm since 2010, her commitment to fostering an atmosphere of employee collaboration and innovation has been recognized by several prestigious awards. In 2022, she was inducted into the Women’s Business Enterprise Hall of Fame (WBEHF). She also received the 2021 Modern Distribution Management (MDM) Women in Distribution Award, the 2020 National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) Women in Industry Trailblazer Award, and the 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year™ Award in New Jersey where she has served as a national judge.

As Co-CEO of Turtle, Luis Valls is a proven leader in technical sales. During his over 20 years at Turtle, he served until 2018 as National Manager of the Power Distribution & Automation Solutions department where he was instrumental in leading the company’s growth nationwide. Luis inspires a new generation of salespeople to be innovative thinkers and skillful technicians while recognizing that everything comes down to providing customers with a complete package of services and solutions that starts with an uncompromising commitment to excellence.

With over 30 years in the industry from Eaton to Turtle, Bob Courcy is a proven leader in business development and organizational transformation. His global experience spans the Americas, APAC, and EMEA where he has consistently driven scalable growth and built high-performing teams. As Chief Revenue Officer, Bob oversees all revenue activities at Turtle, including distribution, integrated supply, and TSI business, bringing his exceptional track record and strategic expertise to the table to ensure continued success.

Kevin Doyle

Kevin Doyle knows the rewards of taking smart risks and has used his financial and operational acumen to help catapult Turtle into one of the country’s top independent electrical and industrial distributors. As Chief Operating Officer, Kevin takes a role in employee administration, negotiating, risk management, and profit maximization. During his long career at Turtle, he has seized many opportunities to standardize operational procedures and improve the total customer experience.

Maintaining our strong financial muscle is the job of Chris Rausch, Chief Financial Officer. Chris joined the leadership team in 2015 after many years of growth and expansion and, in a very short time, has built on that legacy by creating the financial systems and processes necessary to launch the company into the international market. With over 25 years of experience, his prudent management, keen financial sense, and steady discipline will assure customers that we will continue to operate from a position of strength.
