CONSIGNMENT INVENTORY PROGRAM
CONVENIENT AND COST-EFFECTIVE STORM RESTORATION
Our consignment program for utility customers ensures that you have the right products when you need them – with the added benefit of purchasing only what you use so there’s no chance of holding excess inventory. With our material kitting service, we can store product and then assemble specialty kits at our large warehouses so it’s ready for you when an emergency strikes. Then, when storm restoration efforts are underway, we can create satellite locations and bring the product close to your job site making it safer and more convenient for your pole line workers.
You can rely on a dedicated customer contact professional with years of experience and access to around-the-clock emergency services to help you tackle any storm.
Storm-related staging areas bring product to satellite locations so your workers have safe and convenient access to everything they need.
With a contracted consignment program, you purchase only the product you use, saving you money on excess inventory.
Our aggressive utility focused products include power distribution, lighting solutions and controls, wire and cable, safety and protective equipment, road hazard, and pole line.

BREAKING NEW GROUND
A utility company was experiencing dropped signals throughout its generating stations, resulting in inefficient data collection, no real-time analysis and diagnostics and sporadic access to a business/safety system. TSI is designing and installing state-of-the-art WiFi wireless network solution for multiple generating stations, “future-proofing” the networks.
A leading, drinking water treatment plant needed a new, upgraded Ethernet network infrastructure on their plant floor to provide greater access to plant information, maintain production, protect against unplanned interruptions or forced outages, and ensure regulatory compliance. Turtle & Hughes eliminated all single points of failure and improved overall system reliability.
When it opened in 2013, the Catskill-Delaware Ultraviolet Disinfection facility became the world’s largest UV water treatment facility, covering two billion gallons of drinking water and adding a layer of protection for more than nine million New York residents. Turtle & Hughes consulted on the project prior to construction, provided project management and equipment during the construction, and continues to offer technical support today.
