Combined with our subject matter expertise and experience in export on tight deadlines, the oil started flowing just three years after construction began.
Utility provider, W.E.B. Aruba, has been meeting the island’s water and electricity needs for decades. It is expanding production with new boilers, desalination units, automated control systems and an energy efficient turbine generator, and needed help from Turtle & Hughes to export products in support of its facility upgrades.
