Tune in to this week's episode of NBC's popular show "George to the Rescue" and watch the Munt family's home renovation project unfold with a little help from Turtle & Hughes.

Host George Oliphant and his team of contractors and designers, "rescue the homes of deserving people," while relying on the support and generosity of community volunteers, neighbors, friends, family and local businesses.

In this upcoming episode, which takes place in Union, NJ, electrical contractor John Guempel of Eii Inc. (Cranford, NJ), stepped in to donate his services. Guempel, a long-time customer and friend, reached out to his Turtle & Hughes salesperson Dave Belli, who arranged for all of the electrical materials to be donated. This included radiant floor heat, LED recessed lights, receptacles, dimmer switches, wire, exhaust fan, brackets and straps to upgrade two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sitting room in the family’s home.

"We are thrilled to support this deserving family who has experienced so much heartache over the past few years," said Belli. "When someone in your community needs a hand, you have to reach out and do whatever you can to help."

On Thanksgiving Day 2017, Alex Munt (46 years old) passed away suddenly while playing with his son. Munt left behind his wife, Danielle, and their two children Victoria and Harrison, then ages 14 and 10. For the family, the renovation marks a new chapter in their lives.

Watch the "George to the Rescue" episode with the Munt family on NBC, April 27 at 9:00 a.m. and again at 7:00 p.m.
