ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES

TSI Turtle Services (TSI), a division of Turtle & Hughes, is different than most other companies that provide environmental consulting services because of our proven competence in industrial technology and environmental regulation. TSI’s environmental services have been proven in major power generators in New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania, as well as water treatment facilities and industrial manufacturing plants. Our consultants work directly with owners or indirectly through operating companies to support a facility’s environmental air compliance. TSI has close to 20 years of experience interacting with the EPA and DEP to find solutions for our client’s facilities that help them operate within the confines of environmental law, taking care of planet Earth.

MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENTS

TURNKEY SUPPORT FOR AIR MANAGEMENT

TSI provides Air Program Management on a Master Service Agreement basis, including turnkey support for emissions QA/QC, Title V Compliance and CEM Reporting (State and Federal). This allows our customers to standardize reporting and compliance initiatives across a fleet of units, not plant-by-plant. Typical support will cover automation infrastructure up to the data acquisition systems. (Intelligent platforms, not CEM maintenance). Units cover a mix of Combined/Simple-Cycle Combustion Turbines, Coal/Gas/Oil fired boilers and even landfill gas plants.

  • We are an air quality consulting firm that manages compliance with Federal and State regulations requiring real-time emissions data and reporting.
  • Our support runs the gamut from individual plants to full enterprise-wide systems.
  • TSI Master Service Agreements are negotiated on a fixed price basis with remote monitoring and support, including 24-hour emergency service.
