  • INDUSTRIAL CONTROL & AUTOMATION

    SUCCESS STORY

    BUY AMERICAN

Our customer provides the fruit that sweetens some of the country’s most recognizable brands of yogurt and needed to replace its computers that were damaged due to water vapor exposure from the company’s operators opening and closing doors to the enclosures. Turtle & Hughes supplied new computers that fit into a smaller, waterproof enclosure, while also meeting the strict company requirements and FDA regulations.

  • OEM/MACHINE BUILDER

    SUCCESS STORY

    FINE MOTOR SKILLS

A manufacturer of air moving equipment needed a custom motor for the U.S. and Canadian markets but faced challenges that made it difficult to find someone to produce the units. Turtle & Hughes partnered with a motor manufacturer to supply samples to the customer within four weeks. After passing rigorous testing, Turtle & Hughes delivered 330 motors in just seven weeks.

  • AUTOMATION

    SUCCESS STORY

    A LIKE-MINDED PARTNERSHIP

Catbridge Machinery was struggling with long design-to-build timelines, varying and disparate machine control technologies, deepening spare parts inventory, and expensive remote machine diagnostic architectures. They looked to Turtle & Hughes to design a solution to optimize their processes. A Rockwell OEM engagement was developed to help Catbridge engineers standardize all of their machine control designs around Allen-Bradley Integrated Architecture, resulting in efficiencies in time, inventory and automation.
